Die Sachen müssen alle nur noch irgendwie in die Taschen und das schwerste, wie immer, die Fotoausrüstung. +++ These stuff have to fit into my travel bag and the heaviest, as ever, the photography equipment.
Wo ein Wille ist, da ist auch ein Weg - die 3 Kilo Übergewicht hat keiner mitbekommen! (23 Kilo Freigepäck und 8 Kilo Handgepäck - schön zu schleppen) +++ Where theres a will, theres a way - the 6 extra pounds were not noticed! (23 kilos free baggage allowance and 8 kilos of hand luggage - nice to drag)

18:55 Uhr - Im Flieger nach Frankfurt. Ich saß am Fenster, was mir jedoch bei der Dunkelheit nichts gebracht hat. Es war übrigens eine Boing 737-500 von Lufthansa. +++ 18:55 - On the plane to Frankfurt. I sat by the window, but this was useless in the dark. By the way, it was a Boeing 737-500 from Lufthansa.

Nach einem ruhigen Flug und einem Glas Tomatensaft in Frankfurt, Terminal 1 +++ After a smooth flight and a glass of tomato juice I am now in Frankfurt, Terminal 1
Um ins Terminal 2 zu kommen musste ich den Sky Liner nehmen. Der verkehrt, hoch in der Luft, im 160 Sekundentakt. +++ I had to take the Sky Liner to get to the Terminal 2. The train operates up in the air at 160 seconds intervals.
22:10 Uhr - Und schon bin ich im Flieger nach Abu Dhabi. Ein Airbus A330-200 von Ethihad Airline. +++ 22:10 - And already I am in the plane to Abu Dhabi. A A330-200s of Ethihad Airline.
Eine Ölsardine hat im Gegensatz zu mir mehr Platz. Mein Glück war noch, dass ich am Gang saß. So konnte ich wenigstens das linke Bein ausstrecken - das hat das super Entertainment auch nicht wieder gut gemacht! Die neusten Kinofilm, alte Filme, Musik, Livecam von Draußen und viele Spiele waren im Angebot und haben die Zeit etwas schneller vergehen lassen. Schlafen konnte ich trotzdem nicht. +++ I had less space than a sardine in a tin. I was lucky that I had an aisle seat. I could stretch the left leg at least. The great entertainment could not make up for! The latest movie, old movies, music, Live Cam from outside and many games were on offer. So the time has gone fast. I could not sleep anyway.
